Each month we celebrate two members of our incredible team. The two people selected are chosen by either a manager nomination or a newly added, staff nomination, We refer to them as our Standout Employees and do our best to celebrate just how grateful we are to have them here at the girl & the fig.

Katherine was nominated by her managers as an employee to recognize in September. She is described as dependable, accurate, and unflappable.

Katherine was further described as, "She maintains a calm demeanor during our busiest turns and is always available to help out the team. From consistent food running to answering phones at the host stations, she is always using her downtime wisely. She is a wonderful addition to the fig family, and we hope to see her grow with us for years to come".
